So when it comes to back pain, one of the best and most effective ways to reduce it. Most commonly pain is related to recent activity involving the back so things like gardening outside, heavy lifting but also when we have a life style of reduced exercise our back muscles slowly get weaker so it doesn't take as much activity before pain to occur. Commonly people use heat packs, pain killers or sometimes stretching can help the pain. The most effective is massage but it is also the most expensive option and if you're going to the wrong person the pain could even become worse.

For these reasons above I believe if you have pain go to someone you trust. I've been treating back pain for over 10 years with remedial massage and I've become very confident in my ability to restore the body to normal comfortable function and at the same time show you methods to keep the pain down with great exercise options. Next time you need a treatment think Remedial2you.

Remember, if you’re in areas like Tuggeranong, woden valley or queanbeyan region. You don’t have to worry about paying the extra travel fee that North Canberra has to pay. I Just thought to mention it as an added perk of being local. Otherwise areas such as Belconnen and the Canberra city have a travel fee added to their massage.

Enough from me. Thanks for reading.
