Cancelation Policy
Forgot I was coming?
Here at Remedial2you we understand sometimes making it home for an appointment can be a challenge. Maybe you are stuck at work or you're suddenly needed outside the home. I always try to be compassionate about this, and I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel for any reason please give me at least 2 hours' notice. If I arrive at your door and you've forgotten about contacting me prior to cancel or change our booking, the full appointment charge will apply.
Moving appointment?
If you have made a booking and have to change the appointment time. Contact us at least 2 hours before the appointment time, and we can change booking time no problem at all and at zero cost. Less than 2 hours' notice to change an appointment may require a 10% administration fee charge.
Change of mind?
​Decided it's not the right time for a mobile massage. That's a shame but have no fear, a full refund will be given or if preferred your credit can be saved for when you're ready for your next booking. At least 2 hours' notice is required, otherwise the full appointment charge may apply.
